MLS Home Market, Santa Rosa Home Value and Location

Start your research by browsing the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and track home values as well as how many days on market a home or property has been listed. This is a good way to find out what the local home market activity is and how quickly homes are selling. Visiting the property itself will give you a better sense of what condition the home is in and area location.

Realtors will send you listings as you watch the market for the home and location you are interested in. When you receive listings, usually via email, you can then go and map out the exact location and see the property and neighborhood.
