We are starting to see a bit of a slow down in the real estate market. More and more short sales are for sale with sporadic foreclosure homes coming to market. The activity in the fall of '09 was due largely based on a tax credit being given to first and not so first time home buyers.
Sellers are starting to get realistic setting a listing price so as to compete with the the real estate that is "moving" or selling. Buying a home now while rates and prices are low is attracting some buyers into the market.
