While we bid 2009 good riddance we eagerly anticipate 2010 as a welcome reprieve from disturbing news about the state of our economy. Going forward one can only hope we have cured the foreclosure problem even though we know it will last a few more years, none the less we are hoping we can see an end to the housing crunch.
