Pending Sales Going Up

Short Sales in Sonoma County, Santa Rosa, Windsor area have been plagued by long delays, and pending home sales is always the feel good headline, but looking back to actual closed sales show a different story. If you are watching the market, Keep an eye on this.

Without historic precedents, it’s challenging to assess.”
